According to a police report, a 39-year-old was unable to brake his car in time on Münsterstrasse in Dortmund-Mitte, the 18-year-old was thrown onto the street by the impact and taken to a hospital with serious injuries. Danger to life could not be ruled out for the young woman, according to the information.
According to the police, there were indications in the hospital that the woman could have been under the influence of drugs. A blood sample was taken from her for this reason.
