Remscheid (dpa / lnw) - In a vacant house in Remscheid, there was a fire twice within a few hours. The roof of the building caught fire on Wednesday, the police said on Thursday. Firefighters prevented the flames from spreading. During the night, the emergency services then received the message that there was another fire in the roof truss area of the apartment. How the fire came about and why it broke out twice is not yet known. The property damage is estimated at 80,000 euros.
