Hagen (dpa / lnw) - After an accident with a bus and five slightly injured passengers in Hagen, the suspected cause of the accident was caught by the police. The 48-year-old driver of a small car initially fled the scene of the accident, the police said on Friday. He was charged with negligent bodily harm and a traffic accident escape.
According to initial investigations, the 48-year-old from Iserlohn drove through a red traffic light on Thursday afternoon and cut off the path of a bus when turning. The bus driver (24) was forced to make an emergency stop by the crossing small car. Five passengers between the ages of 30 and 70 were thrown around in the bus and fell.
