Rietberg (dpa / lnw) - Two men were seriously injured in a head-on collision between two cars in Rietberg in East Westphalia. The 20-year-old suspected cause of the accident was life-threatening, the police said on Tuesday. The 65-year-old driver of the other car was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the police, the 20-year-old got into the oncoming lane on Tuesday afternoon in the Gütersloh district for no apparent reason. He was flown to a Dortmund clinic in a helicopter.
