Chemnitz (dpa/sn) - With an art performance, the Spaniard Maider López wants to create a mobile garden in downtown Chemnitz today. "Moving Garden" is the name of the project, for which, according to the organizers, around 700 participants are expected. They will carry different houseplants, provided by a hardware store chain, on a set route through the city center. According to the artist, the plant parade should celebrate the diversity of plants and people. The action starts in the early evening at the Karl Marx Monument. It is a project on the way to European Capital of Culture 2025.
