Saxony-Anhalt: Frosty weekend in Saxony-Anhalt

Magdeburg (dpa/sa) - The people of Saxony-Anhalt have to be prepared for a cold night. According to the German Weather Service, Saturday is frosty and foggy. Especially in foggy areas it gets slippery in places. Most of the time there is no precipitation. There is permafrost with temperatures between minus 3 and 0 degrees. In the night to Sunday the temperatures drop to minus 8 to minus 13 degrees. There are few clouds, but fog or high fog in some areas, sometimes with visibility below 150 meters.
