Saxony-Anhalt: hit by car: 30-year-old pedestrian dies

Hohenwarsleben (dpa/sa) - A 19-year-old hit a 30-year-old pedestrian with his car on the L47 near Hohenwarsleben in the Börde district. The 30-year-old suffered such serious head injuries that he died a short time later in a hospital, the police said on Sunday night. The 19-year-old had not seen the pedestrian for reasons that have not yet been clarified on Saturday evening. The L47 was completely blocked for three hours.
