Saxony-Anhalt: Slightly more business registrations and deregistrations

Halle (dpa/sa) - In Saxony-Anhalt, slightly more business registrations and deregistrations were registered in the first three quarters. Compared to the same period in the previous year, there was an increase of 0.7 percent in registrations and 0.4 percent in cancellations, as the State Statistical Office announced on Friday in Halle. In total, by the end of September this year, 8,293 businesses had been newly registered and 7,264 businesses had been deregistered. The most frequent registrations and deregistrations were in the areas of trade, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and other services, as it was said.
