Thuringia: Jenoptik appoints Havranek-Kosicek as CFO

Jena (dpa/th) - The Thuringian technology group Jenoptik appoints a woman to the board. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek is to take over the finance department on April 1, 2023 from Hans-Dieter Schumacher, who will not extend his contract, which expires on March 31, as the company announced on Friday in Jena. Havranek-Kosicek was CFO of various large companies, most recently at Nilfisk. The 47-year-old holds a doctorate in business administration.

The Jenoptik Supervisory Board also decided to appoint Ralf Kuschnereit to the Group Executive Board as of January 1st. He is head of the Advanced Photonic Solutions business unit. The 54-year-old has been with the listed Jenoptik AG since 2017. He previously worked for Carl Zeiss Meditec.
