Thuringia: Transporter crashes into the wall of a house: 35-year-old dies

Altenburg (dpa/th) - A 35-year-old van driver drove into a house wall in Gösdorf in Altenburger Land and died. The man was traveling on federal highway 180 late Friday evening when he lost control of his vehicle for reasons that have not yet been explained and crashed into the wall of the house in the village of Gösdorf, the police said on Monday. The 35-year-old succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the accident. Police said there was minor damage to the home.
