A large portion of France, from the north to the south via Paris, will require great vigilance.
Meteo France extended Saturday morning its orange-to-orange vigilance to 65 departments, including the Manche and Grand Ests as well as the Somme and Hautes-Pyrenees.
Forecasters predict that these thunderstorms will be accompanied by hail, heavy rain, and gusty winds.
Thunderstorms will first form over the Pays de Loire and Normandy, Ile de France and the Massif Central. They will then reach the Center, Burgundy Lorraine Champagne, Champagne, and Picardy in late evening.
