Gastronomy Dabiz Muñoz tastes Japanese semen: "It blew my mind"

The Madrid chef and Michelin star Dabiz Muñoz recently traveled to Japan where he tried a local specialty: semen.

The chef with the most media coverage in Spain and husband of the presenter and model Cristina Pedroche, known for his culinary transgressions and his controversial statements, has shared a photo of his new gastronomic adventure on his social networks.

It is puffer fish sperm, or milk, called shirako, which is eaten fried or cooked with a sauce in the Land of the Rising Sun. There you can find dishes of milk from cod, octopus or monkfish as well as puffer fish. As for the taste, the cook declares that it was "Indescribable ... It blew my mind too much" as he has shared on his Instagram account.

It is not the first time that the chef shares his taste experiences related to seminal fluid on networks. In 2017, he had already tried octopus milk: "It's the first semen I've tried and I loved it. It won't be the last."

And it has fulfilled.

The owner of DiverXO, the restaurant located in the Chamartín neighborhood in Madrid, revalidated the title of "best chef in the world" by heading the World Top 100 of The Best Chef Awards 2022, a position he had already reached in 2021.
