Nord Stream 2: Denmark makes way for the last piece of Pipeline free

Denmark has allowed the use of special vessels in its waters and makes the construction of the last miles of the controversial Nord Stream gas pipeline 2 possible. The authorities gave on Monday the green light for Russian pipe-laying vessels, to the 1230-km link between Germany and Russia.

The project had been delayed because of the threats of Sanctions by the American government against the firms involved. They also met the Dutch-Swiss company Allseas, which set the work.
