Finances: Lindner wants to increase the basic allowance and child benefit

To relieve citizens of the high prices, Federal Finance Minister Christian Lindner wants to propose a tax cut and higher child benefits. The FDP politician announced this on Wednesday in Berlin. He will "make a proposal to increase the basic allowance," said Lindner. This is the income up to which no tax has to be paid as a subsistence level.
