41 years old – The general secretary of the CGT des cadres was elected by surprise at the head of the central trade union. She takes over from Philippe Martinez, who has led the CGT since 2015.

Lawyer Emmanuel Pierrat indicates that, contrary to what was written in our March 30 edition, he was "not convicted of harassment, a precise legal qualification but totally absent from the decision concerning [him]" and that he also appealed in cassation. The Paris Court of Appeal sentenced him on March 23 for "breaches of the essential principles of the profession".
