Elisabeth Borne denounced Tuesday "the demagogy" of the oppositions which support the bill of the independent group Liot aiming to repeal the pension reform.
"We do not defend the institutions with unconstitutional bills. We do not lie to the French by carrying, with the greatest demagogy, a text which everyone knows here, for good, that it would be censored by the Constitutional Council if he was coming to the end of his parliamentary journey", declared the Prime Minister during the session of questions to the government at the National Assembly.
"Until the end, we will defend reality against demagoguery and the Constitution against those who question it," she added.
Shortly after, the Minister of Labor Olivier Dussopt responded sharply to Charles de Courson (Liot), believing that with this text he "could never again come to this hemicycle and learnedly lecture on public finances".
