Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: Injured and full closure after accident on A20

Anklam (dpa / mv) - Due to an accident with several injuries on the A20 near Anklam (Vorpommern-Greifswald district), the motorway in the direction of Lübeck was temporarily closed on Sunday. An 81-year-old man drove his car into a traffic jam, the police said. He and his 82-year-old passenger were seriously injured and were taken to the Greifswald hospital in a rescue helicopter. Three people in the rammed car, aged 13, 29 and 61, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
