The Ministry of Equality has been broken for the first time the barrier of the 500 million euros financing in the general budgets of the State. You will receive this record number in the year 2022, as it consists of the project presented by the Government in Congress.
The Department headed by Irene Montero rises its amount by 14%, which gives continuity to the rising economic injection that already received in 2021, and which was then an improvement of the investment of 9%.
The draft budget specifies that the Ministry of Equality will have exactly 525.1 million euros for 2022, which are 65.7 million more than a year earlier.
More than half of the money of equality will be dedicated to combating gender violence with two parties that add up to a total of 284.7 million. Of these, 75 million are within the Plan Spain protects you and another 209 for the comprehensive prevention gear of macho violence.
The other great departure of the Ministry is the programs and actions linked to the "equality of opportunities between women and men", which is reinforced with more than 201 million.
