What professional profiles are being demanded in the most immediate future? Little it is necessary to find out the response today, since when the current offers and upcoming job offers that the companies demand a large part of them, for not the majority, refer to the technological universe and the digital sector. Job offers for experts in artificial intelligence (IA), data, Big Data developers, cybersecurity, cloud computing ... increase every year and will continue to do so according to all forecasts.

In this scenario, Banco Santander, through Santander Universities, and MIT Professional Education launch a new call - the second- of 400 scholarships Santander Tech | Emerging Technologies Program by Mit Professional Education for training in aspects related to technologies such as Blockchain, IA and highly demanded cybersecurity.

The courses, which will be online, lasting between eight and nine weeks and available in Spanish, English or Portuguese, are open to 18 years of age residing in Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay, Germany, Poland , Portugal, United Kingdom and the United States.

"We are promoting our commitment to higher education to open the doors of the labor market, these scholarships, offered together with a distinguished international partner such as MIT Professional Education, are proof of it. The labor market is being digitized, so that every Once a greater demand for professionals with digital skills and thanks to these scholarships will acquire this knowledge, "says Javier Roglá, Global Director of Santander Universities.

Scholarships launched by Banco Santander and Mit Professional Education may be requested until January 10, 2022 and the courses, designed and taught by MIT teachers, will start next February.

Those interested can choose between five different blocks: digital transformation. Technologies and their practical applications; 'Machine Learning'. Technology in decision making; Design of effective solutions with MitDesignX; Management of product families, from strategy to implementation; and management of technological development.

From Banco Santander details that in the first of the blocks, digital transformation, knowledge of the five technologies that are transforming business into this digital age: Blockchain, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (IA), Internet of Things (IoT) and cybersecurity. Participants will deepen these technologies and will know the challenges faced by companies when implementing them. To opt for this training, no pre-technical experience is required.

As for the training in 'Machine Learning', which is becoming a fundamental element in the reliable and data-based decision-making, it will be aimed at people with technical trajectory or possessing certain knowledge about these technologies.

In the course on effective solutions design with MitDesignX, participants will become familiar with concepts and tools that will help them when designing a product or service to address the intricate current problems. In addition, you will have the possibility to bring your own problem to develop a solution or use the ideation process to select one.

The block focused on the management of product families, where the concept itself will be analyzed and that of platforms, will be addressed how to maximize cost savings and increase the variety. The participants will analyze the current trend of mass production and personalization while learning to strategically position products, systems and services in an ever competitive market. Both for this course and for the previous one, no technical experience is required.

Finally, in training on technological development management, participants will explore the technological route before developing their own and will learn to make more effective technological implementation decisions, helping to shape R & D porphies. In this case, technical knowledge or relevant experience are required.
