Interior responds to the national audience: it is not the competent body in the return of minors of Ceuta

The Ministry of the Interior has requested the Contentious-Administrative Room to inadmit the appeal presented on Monday by the Spanish Association of Immigration and aid to the refugee against the return from Ceutor of Moroccan Minors.

Inside alleges that it is not the competent body in this procedure and that these facts are already being investigated by a Court of Ceuta.
