Six features of Windows 11 Djan to run by an expired certificate

A total of six features of the new Microsoft Windows 11 operating system, including the native system clipping tool, have stopped working correctly due to a problem with a Microsoft digital certificate that has expired.

Microsoft has explained through its support page that from November 1 "it is possible for some users to open or use certain integrated Windows applications or parts of some integrated applications."

Specifically, there are six the functions of the system that do not operate correctly: the trimming tool; the account page and page of destination in the Settings application (in S mode); the start menu (only in S mode); Touch keyboard, voice writing and emojis panel; The user interface of the entry methods editor; and the first steps and advice.

These problems are originated by a digital Microsoft certificate that expired on October 31, and have affected the version for users 21h2 of Windows 11, so Microsoft has returned to release the October 21, KB5006746, as a "Partial solution".

However, this Microsoft solution only arranges three of the incidents caused by the expired certificate (the touch keyboard, voice writing and Emojis panel, the user interface of the entry methods and the first steps and tips).

In the case of the Windows trimming tool, Microsoft has recommended using the function of capturing system screen and pasteing the resulting images in Paint, while continuing working on solving the remaining three errors.
