He wants to settle an argument, is beaten, falls unhappily on the ground and dies. This is how the public prosecutor sees it, who blames a man for the death and charges him. Now he is before the court. But he's probably not the only one involved.
Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - After the violent death of an arbitrator, the alleged person responsible is on trial because of the momentous dispute. The 26-year-old at the time of the crime is said to have hit the victim in the head in February when the 44-year-old man tried to settle a dispute in front of a restaurant. The victim is said to have fallen unchecked to the ground as a result of the blow, and died a few days later in the hospital. Another man is said to have been involved, and he is being tried in another process. The chamber meets on Monday (9.15 a.m.) in the Stuttgart district court.
