Bad Friedrichshall (dpa / lsw) - You are said to have beaten a 15-year-old at a school in Bad Friedrichshall, although he was already lying helpless on the ground: Two young people have been taken into custody on suspicion of attempted homicide. The arrest warrant against another young person was suspended against conditions, the police and public prosecutor announced on Monday.
On May 2nd, there was a major brawl at the school in the Heilbronn district. The 15-year-old fell to the ground. The three suspects are said to have punched and kicked the boy in the head. He had to be treated medically.
Other young people are said to have been involved in the fight. They are accused of dangerous bodily harm, it said. Investigators did not initially say what triggered the fight. The police and public prosecutor's office have also not given any information on the age of the three alleged main perpetrators who were provisionally arrested on May 24th and 27th.
