Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - Verdi is demanding 13 percent more money for the around 17,500 employees in the private energy industry in the south-west. Union functionary Stefan Hamm said on Wednesday in Stuttgart that employees had suffered a hitherto unprecedented real wage loss from the past two years. "With our collective bargaining demand, we want to achieve a fair balance between the profits of the employer and the losses of the employees." In addition to the EnBW group, around twenty other companies in Baden-Württemberg are affected by the collective bargaining talks.
