Göppingen (dpa / lsw) - Junior international Oskar Neudeck has extended his contract with the Bundesliga handball team Frisch Auf Göppingen. His new contract is valid until 2026, as the club announced on Thursday. The homegrown child, who turns 21 on Saturday, has been with the Swabians since the minis. He currently also has the right to play a second game for the third division club TSB Horkheim.
"I'm glad that we can keep a local player in Göppingen in Oskar Neudeck," said coach Markus Baur. "He should continue to develop in the next season on his way to becoming a full-fledged Bundesliga player with us and will play an important role in that."
