Baden-Württemberg: Man overrun by his own car and seriously injured

Löffingen (dpa / lsw) - A man got under the wheels of his own car and was seriously injured. The 67-year-old got out of his car in Löffingen (Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district) and ran to the rear, the police said on Thursday. The reverse gear was still engaged. The man was hit by the reversing car, which finally stopped on a house wall. A rescue helicopter brought the 67-year-old to a clinic on Wednesday. The damage amounts to almost 3500 euros.
