Offenburg (dpa / lsw) - At a demonstration against the AfD party conference in Offenburg, there were clashes between participants and the police. Three officers were injured, the police said on Saturday.
In the city center, paint bags flew against buildings and a police officer. "In addition, the approximately 400 participants resisted the order to stop the elevator for violating the conditions," the police reported. The officials were reportedly injured in the fisticuffs. The demonstration was then stopped.
Demonstrations had previously taken place in the city center and at the exhibition center without incident - that's where the AfD meeting took place.
