Stuttgart (dpa/lsw) - Seven New Year's millionaires in the southwest: According to Lotto Baden-Württemberg, shortly before the turn of the year, participants from the Ostalb district, the Enz district, Freiburg, Esslingen, Ulm and the Rems-Murr district cleared the "New Year's Eve -millions" from the top win. Seven other tippers can therefore look forward to 100,000 euros each.
The lottery company called on tippers who took part in the New Year's millions in lottery acceptance points without a customer card to check their tickets. In order to claim the winnings, they would have to present the valid game receipt.
It was the 13th time that the "New Year's Eve Millions" were played in Baden-Württemberg. The lottery works like this: A number is determined at random from the number range 0000001 to 1750000 and is only assigned once.
