Bavaria: 17-year-old mason seriously injured in a fall

Gerolzhofen (dpa / lby) - A bricklayer fell from scaffolding and was seriously injured. The 17-year-old stood on scaffolding when working on the first floor, the police said on Tuesday. From a previously unknown cause, he fell five meters down a stairwell on Monday. He was then taken to the hospital by rescue helicopter from Gerolzhofen (Schweinfurt district).
