Laugna (dpa / lby) - A 48-year-old died in a motorcycle accident in northern Swabia. How the accident happened is still unclear, the police said on Monday. However, officials believe no one but the man was involved in Sunday's accident. Witnesses found the 48-year-old in a ditch near Laugna (Dillingen an der Donau district) and called the police.
The seriously injured man died at the scene before the ambulance arrived. The police could not identify the man for several hours because he did not have any papers with him. When the relatives then called the officials and, according to the police, wanted to report a missing person, the man was able to be identified.
