Schwandorf (dpa / lby) - A 54-year-old attacked two travelers on a train from Weiden to Regensburg. According to initial findings, the man initially harassed several women on the train near Schwandorf, after which they changed their seat, as the federal police announced on Wednesday. The man then attacked a 22-year-old passenger and hit him several times in the face.
A 25-year-old man who came to the victim's aid was also attacked. But the man said he fought back and hit back. The attacker slightly injured both travelers in the incident on Tuesday evening, as well as suffering injuries himself. The federal police have started investigations into bodily harm.
