Rosenheim (dpa / lby) - Because of an upper limit for trucks on the Inntalautobahn, trucks again jammed on the Autobahn 93 to Rosenheim on Thursday. The backlog from the Austrian border was up to 28 kilometers long as a result of the block handling, the police said. The traffic jam cleared around noon. At times, the Austrian authorities only allowed up to 100 trucks per hour to continue on the Inntalautobahn.
A day earlier, restrictions on trucks on the Tyrolean Autobahn had caused similarly long traffic jams. On Wednesday and Thursday (November 23rd and 24th), block processing of the trucks on the Inntalautobahn is planned again.
