Bavaria: Eight people injured in a smoldering fire in a nursing home

Altötting (dpa / lby) - Eight people were injured in a smoldering fire in a nursing home in Altöttingen. The fire broke out in two of the residents' rooms on Saturday morning, the police said. Seven employees and one resident were injured by the smoke and taken to hospitals. It was initially unclear what caused the fire.
