Bavaria: Lathe worker fatally injured

Bergkirchen (dpa / lby) - A worker was fatally injured in an accident on a lathe in the Upper Bavarian district of Dachau. The 56-year-old came into contact with moving parts of the machine in the metalworking plant in Bergkirchen for reasons that are still unclear, the police said on Sunday. The criminal police have therefore started the investigation and commissioned an expert opinion to clarify the accident.
