Munich (dpa / lby) - A 36-year-old fell on the track bed at Munich Central Station and was run over by a train. The drunk man was seriously injured on Thursday evening. According to the police on Friday, there was initially a danger to life. Investigators assume it was an accident. Rescue workers took the injured 36-year-old to the hospital, where both lower legs had to be amputated. Danger to life no longer exists.
According to the information, the train driver saw the man in the dark too late and caught him despite the emergency stop. The 150 passengers on the train were not injured.
