Nuremberg (dpa / lby) - On Monday morning, slippery roads and paths mainly concerned pedestrians and drivers in Franconia. The police registered in Central Franconia within four hours of 45 weather-related accidents on the roads with some minor injuries and mostly body damage. In Nuremberg, a number of pedestrians also slipped and fell, as a police spokesman said. The city's zoo remained closed due to the weather so as not to endanger visitors.
In Upper Franconia there were initially no reports of black ice accidents. In Lower Franconia, the police reported some traffic accidents on slippery roads. Nothing was initially known about injuries.
