Nuremberg (dpa / lby) - 1. FC Nuremberg has to do without midfielder Fabian Nürnberger in the 2nd Bundesliga "until further notice". The 23-year-old suffered a ligament and tendon injury in the elbow during the home defeat against Hamburger SV, as the "club" announced on Tuesday.
Nürnberger is now in a special clinic for elbow injuries for further examinations. In the coming days, the further treatment will be discussed, it said. The FCN will play without Nürnberger at Eintracht Braunschweig on Friday evening.
