Philippsthal (dpa / lhe) - After the discovery of a dead woman after a fire in a residential building in Philippsthal, the police investigation is ongoing. Another inspection of the fire site is due this Wednesday to determine the cause of the fire, said a police spokeswoman when asked by the dpa. An autopsy of the dead is also planned.
The fire broke out last Thursday evening in the terraced house in the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district. Initially, witnesses noticed smoke and sounded the alarm.
