The 26-year-old friend of the 17-year-old victim is accused. He is said to have given her a synthetic drug to consume in the summer of 2017. While the man woke up a few hours later, the girl died of an overdose.
According to the indictment, the couple made a fatal miscalculation at the time and took several times the amount they found in instructions on the Internet. The public prosecutor's office requested a suspended sentence of two years against the accused.
