Hesse: Managing director mistreated: process begins

Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) - Because of a brutal attack on the managing director of a project development company, five men have to answer before the Frankfurt Regional Court from Tuesday (11 a.m.). According to the public prosecutor, the accused, who were between 26 and 34 years old, wanted to get hold of company shares in July last year. After he was attacked with 50 to 60 hits, the company boss signed a corresponding contract. The criminal court has so far scheduled four days of hearings until mid-November.
