Hesse: Motorcyclist dies after a collision with a car

Hasselroth (dpa / lhe) - A motorcyclist collided with an oncoming car on a district road near Hasselroth in the Main-Kinzig district and died. The 32-year-old had hit oncoming traffic with his motorcycle in a curve for reasons that are still unclear, the police said on Tuesday morning. The man died at the scene of the accident on Monday evening. The driver of the car was reportedly slightly injured. An expert should clarify the course of the accident. The police estimated the damage to property at around 30,000 euros. The district road had to be closed for a short time for the accident investigation.
