Lena Meyer-Landrut keeps her life off the stage largely out of the public eye. The musician made an exception for her five million followers on Instagram and gave a rare insight into the recording studio.
In a new video called "writing session nov 2022" she can be seen and heard singing new songs. Several short video snippets were cut together for this purpose, showing how a day goes with Lena and her music colleagues. The "recording studio" doesn't look like a classic recording studio at all. Instead of two rooms separated by a pane of glass, Lena sits relaxed in a room on the sofa. The 31-year-old, who wears a casual sweater, black leggings and sneakers, sometimes sings into a microphone, sometimes laughs and plays on her cell phone.
Lots of cake and the right balance between work and pleasure ensure a good atmosphere. Because the video shows not only how the band makes music, but also how they play cards, weave flower wreaths and fool around. Among other things, you can see how Lena is given a toothbrush with laughter.
