Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: Police are looking for counterfeit fraudsters with pictures

Rostock (dpa/mv) - The criminal police in Rostock are looking for two counterfeit money fraudsters with mug shots. As a police spokeswoman said on Friday, the men are said to have paid with "flowers" in at least 60 cases, especially since the beginning of June. Different numbers of counterfeit 20-euro and 50-euro notes were used. Shops in Rostock and in the eastern part of the Rostock district were particularly affected. In the meantime, pictures of the young suspects had been taken via video cameras. The exact amount of the damage is still unclear.
