Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: rear-end collision near Stavenhagen: two women injured

Stavenhagen (dpa / mv) - Two women were injured in a rear-end collision on federal highway 104 near Stavenhagen (Mecklenburg Lake District), one of them seriously. According to police on Friday, a 22-year-old girl drove into another car at high speed as it slowed to turn left. She sustained serious injuries in the collision. The 36-year-old driver of the front car suffered minor injuries. Both were taken to a hospital after the accident on Friday afternoon. The police estimated the damage at around 10,000 euros. Both cars had to be towed.
