Moers (dpa / lnw) - In the case of a 56-year-old missing man from Moers, the police now assume that the man was killed. Three weeks after his disappearance, his apartment was set on fire, the police in Duisburg reported on Friday. The murder commission is now urgently looking for witnesses who can provide information about the missing person.

This had not returned home after a holiday in Turkey on September 12th. Since then there has been no trace of the man. The police are now turning to the public with wanted posters. The public prosecutor's office offered a reward of 3,000 euros for information leading to the identification of the perpetrator or perpetrators.
