Duisburg (dpa / lnw) - Two strangers blew up an ATM in Duisburg. Witnesses reported a loud bang to the police on Wednesday night, officials said. The machine was in the entrance area of ​​a bank branch. After the blast, the alleged perpetrators fled on a scooter, according to witnesses.
