North Rhine-Westphalia: hooded people at the refugee facility: State protection determined

Bonn (dpa / lnw) - Several hooded men are said to have gathered at a refugee accommodation in Bonn, chanted and attached a banner. The security service of the initial reception center made corresponding observations on Sunday morning, the police said. The hooded men set up two construction fence elements in front of the entrance gate and attached a banner to them. According to the information, several witnesses described that there were eight to twelve men dressed in black, who all wore identical white tube scarves.

When the first police officers arrived, however, the strangers could no longer be found. However, the alleged banner was discovered - with the inscription "Fences up / applications down". The police are now investigating on suspicion of a gathering without a report. State security got involved in the case.
