Versmold (dpa / lnw) - After the fire in accommodation for company employees in Versmold (Gütersloh district), the police are investigating suspected arson. The fire broke out on the ground floor of the house late on Saturday evening, the police and prosecutors announced on Sunday. The fire department saved 16 people. Five residents were injured, one seriously. A 42-year-old resident was provisionally arrested. He is suspected of being responsible for the fire.
