Essen (dpa / lnw) - The weather in North Rhine-Westphalia should be mild but rainy at the weekend. On Friday it will be cloudy to overcast, during the day it can rain again and again, as reported by the German Weather Service (DWD). The maximum temperatures are between 12 and 14 degrees, at high altitudes 7 to 11 degrees. During the night on Saturday it can rain at times, the sky will be overcast. The temperatures drop to 10 to 7 degrees.
It is also expected to be cloudy and rainy on Saturday. The maximum values are between 9 and 13 degrees, at high altitudes around 7 degrees. According to the DWD, there can be strong to stormy gusts, in the mountains and in the Aachen area there can also be gusts of wind. The mix of clouds and rain will continue on Sunday, with occasional snow at high altitudes in the north-east. During the course of the day, however, it will loosen up and Sunday afternoon should remain largely free of precipitation. The temperatures are at a maximum of 7 to 11 degrees, in the mountains 5 to 7 degrees.
