Düsseldorf (dpa/lnw) - Several thousand people called for more relief for low earners and an end to fossil dependence in Düsseldorf on Saturday in view of the current price increases and the energy and climate crisis. The demonstration procession went through the city center to the state parliament. A police spokesman said that everything remained peaceful until the early afternoon. The police spoke of 2300, the organizers of 4000 participants.
